Roberto began his journey at the age of 17, working as a laborer and advancing to the role of superintendent before establishing Concretum Operis. As Project Manager, Joel is responsible for attending site inspections and maintaining direct communication with clients, general contractors, soils engineers, and structural engineers. His ability to coordinate all parties involved ensures that every project meets the required standards and stays on track from day one.

REINIER GONZALEZ

Precision, strategy, and planning for every project.Reinier Gonzalez plays a fundamental role at Concretum Operis as Senior Estimator & Estimating Department Manager, leading the cost estimation and analysis process for residential and commercial projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
With extensive experience in construction project evaluation, Reinier is responsible for preparing detailed estimates, analyzing plans and specifications, coordinating proposals, and ensuring that every budget accurately reflects the scope, resources, and real costs of each job. His attention to detail allows projects to begin on a solid foundation with reliable financial planning.
As head of the Estimating Department, Reinier works closely with clients, developers, engineers, and general contractors to deliver competitive and strategic solutions that contribute to the success of every project.
