Excavations for the retaining wall and interior slab are carefully executed, excavating to the solid substrate according to plan specifications.

The installation of the formwork fixing structures marks the beginning of a meticulous process, where each steel rod is precisely positioned and strategically bent to ensure optimal hold. The second phase consists of pouring the retaining wall and interior slab, using vibration propulsion and pouring techniques to ensure the integrity of each structure.

As we move towards the interior courtyard, we level the heights of the sidewalks and hydraulic systems, ensuring a harmonious and functional environment. The installation of the hydraulic and drainage system is carried out with precision, using solid perforated PVC pipes for efficient water management.

Completion of the project includes backfilling and compacting the exterior of the retaining wall, followed by excavation of the garage foundation and installation of formwork for the new walls.
